When Rotarians work together, we dream big and accomplish great things. Plan to join us at our District 6690 Winter Assembly where you will learn new ideas to explore and valuable information from Rotarians who are making their clubs stronger by working together for their community.
Special breakout sessions are planned for Foundation, Membership and Public Image chairs and committee members as well as club board members, secretaries and treasurers.
It’s time to start planning for the new Rotary Year and answer the question “What’s Next?” Together, we can build on our strengths and share the Rotary experience with more people who want to do good in the world. There is something for everyone at the Winter Assembly.

Winter Assembly Attendee:
We are looking forward to seeing you at our District 6690 Winter Assembly this Saturday, Feb. 28 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please review the following helpful information “Know Before You Go.”
- You can park anywhere even if it has “student parking” posted. They will not be checking/ticketing cars on Saturday. Attached is a campus map.
- Follow the Rotary Event signs to the Reese Center.
- Bring your ideas about club projects and fundraising successes.
- There will be a Continental Breakfast in addition to coffee and tea available at 8:30 a.m. Our assembly starts at 9 a.m.
- Box lunch includes ham, turkey, veggie or gluten-free sandwich plus chips, cookie, and bottled water.
- Bring a water bottle to use throughout the day. Coffee and tea will be available as well.
- Dress comfortably. Rotary wear is appropriate.
